Lake View holds camps for all ages! Check out all the opportunities listed below. To determine which camp you or your child should attend, go by the grade they will be entering into the following fall. The first trip to camp can be a bit overwhelming for some children which is why Lake View offers a number of shorter camps to get the child ready for a full week of camp as well as day camps and grandparent/grandchild camps. Campers can attend more than one camp each summer!

Elementary Camps:
Day Camps (1st-5th Grade):

NEW THIS YEAR: Campers are limited to signing up for only 1 day camp until April 15. After this date, extra spots will be opened up to those wanting to attend multiple day camps. The multiple camp discount and family discount no longer apply to day camps. These discounts are only available for overnight camps (excluding Grand Camps).

Waitlist
Camps are set at a capacity lower than our full capacity. This is done to monitor boy/girl ratios and make sure there are enough beds to accommodate campers in each gender. When registering online, you may receive the message that the listed camp is full and asked if you want to be put on a waitlist. We encourage you to go ahead and add the camper’s name to the waitlist. You will be able to complete all forms and do everything up to the payment. As registrations are coming in, we are monitoring numbers and adding kids from the waitlist. So there is a good chance your child will still be able to come to camp even though it says they are put on a waitlist. There are a few camps that do fill up to capacity and then being put on a waitlist means you are waiting on another camper to cancel to open up a spot. Feel free to email the camp office to see where you are at on the waitlist!
Locations
Lake View Camp: From Hwy 163: Take the Pella exit #42 and turn south. Follow T17 (you will make a right hand turn to stay on T17). Cross over Hwy 92 and Old Hwy 92. Camp Pine Lake: East of Eldora about 2 miles on Hwy 175. Turn North on W. Avenue. Look for brown Camp of the Brethren sign. MapQuest Directions
Camp Quaker Heights: Adjacent to Pine Lake State Park. Turn north off Hwy 175, near bridge at the entrance to the Pine Lake State Park, just east of Eldora. Go approximately 8/10 mile and watch for the camp sign on the left. MapQuest Directions
Central College: From Hwy 163, take Pella Exit 40, turn left. Drive to stoplight at corner of Pella’s town square. Turn right onto Broadway Street. Drive to University Street, turn right.
